MOUNT VERNON:

FT. GRIMES ELEMENTARY.

" Today was a great day in the arts

I presented a Tap Dance performance for my Performing and Visual Arts Magnet students, and the entire student population of Grimes Elementary School in Mount Vernon.

The biggest joy was watching my former Wadleigh Performing Arts student command the stage as an entertainer. So proud of him. Josh, once my student - now college graduate - Penn State. It doesn't seem that long ago that I started a tap dance program with the Uber talented Omar Edwards Tapdancer for my misdirected 7th grade boys. They became the stars of the school, and now their stars are shining brightly in the entertainment industry.

Priceless! "

PENN STATE THON:

FT. PENN STATE BLUE BAND

Gracing the stage with Penn State Blue Band was a privillage and a honor. Performing senior year for Penn State Thon, was simply, the greatest privillage of all.

PENN STATE THON

" Why We Dance: The Story of THON is a documentary project that chronicles the student-run philanthropy, THON, and the children, families, and students who are changed by their experience.

To many people, THON is a weekend-long event with 46 straight hours of dancing. What they may not see is an entire year spent raising awareness and money to conquer childhood cancer. Why

We Dance: The Story of THON will introduce you to the inspirational children battling cancer and the Penn State students who participate in THON, dedicating themselves to making a difference for others. "
